Award
For the women who lead with grit, grace, and purpose.
The Pathfinder Pioneer Award honors the women who keep the industry moving every single day — those working on the front lines of parking and mobility operations.
Presented up to twice annually, this award recognizes women in direct service roles such as enforcement officers, parking attendants, valets, dispatchers, administrators, customer service representatives, and maintenance professionals.
These are the individuals whose exceptional strength, dedication, and commitment to service set the standard for excellence. They embody resilience in action — leading by example, supporting their teams, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the best of what the mobility industry can be.
