Helen Scholar is a fast-rising force in municipal parking, currently serving as Assistant Director of Parking Services at the Town of Bethany Beach — a role she stepped into less than two years after entering the industry following a career in professional baseball operations.

Alyssa currently works at the City of Colorado Springs overseeing the Parking Enterprise. She spent the previous 10 years at the City & County of Denver building the Curbside & Parking team. Managing operations, programs, policies, and people.

As a Senior Account Executive at JustPark, Melody is driven by a passion for innovation and a vision for transforming the parking industry. She combines a collaborative, solutions-focused approach with fresh ideas that challenge the status quo. Melody thrives on helping partners embrace smarter technologies, simplify operations, and unlock new opportunities, always with the goal of making parking more seamless, forward-thinking, and impactful.

Tia Hysell is Executive Director of Transportation & Logistics at Ohio University, where she has spent 18 years championing parking and transit as a true campus partner. When she's not shifting perceptions in the mobility industry, she's cheering on her kids or hunting for antique tins at thrift stores.

Kristyna Schedine, CPP, is a strategic and people-centered leader recognized in the National Parking Association’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025. When not working alongside the industry's best sales team at DESIGNA, she owns a contract content and proposal management firm, Crafted, and serves as the Director of Events for Mobility Pathfinders, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking down barriers for women in the parking and mobility industry. She is passionate about making complex systems more accessible and effective through creative content. Outside of work, she enjoys literature, history, baking, and family life.

Channa Phillips is the Director of Parking and Customer Experience for the Downtown Tempe Authority, bringing nine years of experience in parking and mobility. She is a collaborative leader focused on advancing a more integrated, customer centered approach to mobility in Tempe.

Amy Hebert is the Associate Director of Business Operations for the University of South Carolina’s Parking & Transportation Services Department. With over four years of experience in the parking industry, Amy oversees all financial operations and departmental communications.
