Winner's Quote: I am honored and incredibly grateful to be the recipient of the Mobility Pathfinders 2026 Frontline to Future Scholarship. This scholarship makes a substantial impact in my career in law enforcement as it will allow me to continue pursuing my Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on Leadership and Management, while continuing to work as a Senior Community Services Officer gaining valuable experience in support services.

This scholarship provides the tools and resources women in customer service, enforcement, dispatch, valet, and other day-to-day roles need to advance their careers and achieve new goals.
Resilience in Motion Scholarship
Celebrating strength, perseverance, and progress in motion.
The Resilience in Motion Scholarship recognizes women whose determination and perseverance have carried them through personal or professional challenges — and who continue to move forward with purpose.
This scholarship supports women who have faced challenges and turned them into opportunity — funding career development, skills training, or continuing education to help them take their next step forward.
