Honoring the women who broke barriers so others could soar.
The Smashed Ceiling Award is a lifetime achievement honor for trailblazers who transformed the industry and cleared the path for others.
This award recognizes a woman whose long-standing career has not only shaped parking and mobility but opened doors for the generations that follow. Her legacy lives in the barriers she broke and the paths she cleared.

The Pathfinder Pioneer Award honors frontline excellence in parking and mobility operations.
This award recognizes women in direct service roles — enforcement officers, attendants, valets, dispatchers, administrators, and more — whose dedication, strength, and commitment to service set the standard for the entire industry.
