The Smashed Ceiling Award
Honoring the women who broke barriers so others could soar.
The Smashed Ceiling Award is a lifetime achievement honor for trailblazers who transformed the industry and cleared the path for others.
This award recognizes a woman whose long-standing career has not only shaped parking and mobility but opened doors for the generations that follow. Her legacy lives in the barriers she broke and the paths she cleared.

The Innovator Award
Recognizing the bright new voices shaping the future of mobility.
The Rising Star Award celebrates the visionaries transforming mobility through creativity and forward-thinking leadership.
This award honors a woman whose innovative ideas have created measurable, meaningful improvements in her workplace or community — a problem solver and role model who inspires others to think differently and move the industry forward.
