At Mobility Pathfinders, we believe mentorship is a powerful path to leadership—and a key part of helping women thrive in the parking and mobility industry.
Mentorship that moves you forward.
The Wayfinder Mentorship Program is designed for women at all career stages who want to grow, connect, and lead. Through guided 1:1 partnerships lasting 6 or 12 months, mentees are matched with mentors who align with their goals, skills, and aspirations.
Mentees:

Mentees must be active MP members to join.
Mentors do not need to be MP members.
