Pathfinder Leadership Scholarship

The Pathfinder Leadership Scholarship empowers women who are ready to step into leadership and elevate their impact within the parking and mobility industry.
Created to support women pursuing advanced education, certification, or specialized training, this scholarship recognizes those who demonstrate initiative, vision, and a commitment to professional growth. It’s designed for emerging and established professionals alike who want to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their knowledge, and inspire others along the way.
Recipients of this scholarship embody the spirit of the Pathfinder — determined, forward-thinking, and dedicated to paving the way for others to follow.

Supporting the journey from the front line to the future of mobility.
The Frontline to Future Scholarship is designed to help frontline women workers take the next step in their professional journey — moving from operations to leadership, or from hands-on roles to technical and management positions.
Women in customer service, enforcement, dispatch, valet, or other day-to-day mobility operations are the backbone of our industry. This scholarship provides the tools, training, and resources they need to grow their careers and achieve new goals. Funding may be used for executive coaching, résumé development, management or technical courses, and other professional growth opportunities.
This scholarship celebrates the hard work, drive, and determination of women who are ready to advance, lead, and make an even greater impact.

& Inclusion Scholarship

The Innovation & Inclusion Scholarship honors women who are pushing boundaries and driving progress through innovative thinking, inclusive leadership, and forward-focused mobility projects.
This scholarship supports those leading initiatives that embrace technology, sustainability, accessibility, or diversity — projects that not only improve mobility systems but also make them more equitable and efficient for all. Whether it’s advancing research, piloting new programs, or designing inclusive solutions, recipients embody the creative and inclusive spirit that defines the future of mobility.
Through their vision and courage, these women show that innovation and inclusion go hand in hand — and that the most impactful ideas are those that open doors for everyone.

The Resilience in Motion Scholarship recognizes women whose determination and perseverance have carried them through personal or professional challenges — and who continue to move forward with purpose.
This scholarship supports women who have faced adversity and turned it into opportunity, using their experiences as a source of strength and inspiration. Funds can be used toward career development, skills training, or continuing education, helping recipients take their next step toward long-term success and fulfillment.
