Eight Women Honored for Excellence, Innovation, and Leadership in Parking and Mobility

Mobility Pathfinders, a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to advancing women in the parking and mobility industry, today announced its 2026 Award and Scholarship recipients. Eight exceptional women have been selected in recognition of their leadership, innovation, frontline excellence, allyship, and perseverance.


The honorees will be celebrated at PROM 2026 — Pathways, Recognition & Opportunities in Mobility — on June 16, 2026, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

 

2026 AWARD RECIPIENTS


Smashed Ceiling Award — Julie Dixon

President, Dixon Resources Unlimited

A lifetime achievement recognition for a trailblazer whose career has opened doors for generations of women in the industry. Julie Dixon began as a parking enforcement officer more than 35 years ago and built a nationally respected, woman-owned consulting firm that has shaped policy, elevated enforcement, and mentored countless professionals across the country.


Rising Star Award — Kira Galang

Director of Client Implementations, EDC Corporation

Recognizes emerging women leaders within their first ten years in the industry. Kira Galang built the client implementation function at AIMS EDC from the ground up, successfully onboarding over 22 clients while simultaneously developing the processes and team capacity to scale the program.


Pathfinder Pioneer Award — Allison von Ebers

Senior Associate, Dixon Resources Unlimited

Celebrates frontline and operational women whose dedication sets the standard for excellence. Allison von Ebers guides clients through complex technology transitions with grace, precision, and an unwavering commitment to service—making above and beyond look effortless.


Ally Amplifier Award — Nancy Forget

Vice President of Sales Operations, Reimagined Parking

Honors individuals who actively champion women through mentorship, advocacy, and inclusive leadership. With a 28-year career defined by equitable leadership, Nancy Forget has built high-performing, women-led teams and modernized industry processes across five brands under the Reimagined Parking umbrella.


Innovator Award — Brooke Nelson

Business Operations Manager, Town of West Hartford

Recognizes a woman whose creativity and forward-thinking ideas are transforming parking and mobility. Brooke Nelson brings a rare combination of engineering rigor and operational vision to municipal parking, championing emerging technologies that address curbside management, walkability, and climate resilience.

 

2026 SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENTS


Pathfinder Leadership Scholarship — Julia Butterfield

Lead Parking Compliance Officer, City of Bozeman

Supports women pursuing advanced education and certification to step into leadership roles. Julia Butterfield has championed safety, accountability, and modernization within her department and will use this scholarship to pursue business management credentials and sustainable operations training.


Frontline to Future Scholarship — Ruth Rivera

Senior Community Services Officer, Seal Beach Police Department

Designed for frontline women ready to advance from operations to leadership. A first-generation Latina woman pursuing her MBA at Cal Poly Pomona, Ruth Rivera has leveraged her role in public safety to build a broad foundation across enforcement, jail operations, and community engagement.


Resilience in Motion Scholarship — Keshanna Ransom-Scott

Director of Operations, LAZ Parking

Recognizes women who have turned personal and professional adversity into strength. Keshanna Ransom-Scott transformed her experience with burnout and overcommitment into sustainable leadership—developing practical tools to help other women build structure and balance without sacrificing purpose.
