Refund Policy
Membership Dues
No refunds will be given for membership dues. Mobility Pathfinders is a is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit, member association. The federal tax identification number is #. Membership dues are tax deductible (please consult your accountant for details).
Refund for Events
You can request a refund for in-person or hybrid event purchases up to 14 days prior to the event. You can request a refund for virtual event purchases up to 7 days prior to the event. Request a refund by emailing admin@mobilitypathfinders.org. You will receive your refund via original payment.
Purchases of Products or Services
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable guides or videos), all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products: Returns or exchanges on physical merchandise (e.g., books, branded items etc.) may be accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Donations
All donations made to Mobility Pathfinders are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately used to fund our programs, making refunds difficult. We encourage donors to contact us with any questions prior to making a donation.
Errors in Donation Amounts: If you believe you made an error in the amount of your donation or need to adjust it, please contact us within 48 hours of the donation, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
